How do I know that I am getting the same or better coverage with the policies you are proposing?

We run previous insurance reports. These reports allows us to match your current liability limits. Many clients choose to increase their overall coverage once they see the savings involved.

We run extensive property characteristic reports to insure proper coverage.  

​Our home policies are 100% replacement cost. This means our insurance companies will rebuild a brand new home to your current homes exact specifications (i.e. sqft, # of bathrooms, brick or frame, roof type, garage, foundation type, etc.) in the event of a total loss. 

Your licensed agent will discuss various endorsements that provide additional peace of mind including Water-Backup, Earthquake, Buried Utility Lines, etc.

2) 24/7/365 advice directly from your insurance company.

You speak with your local agent! All agents are fully licensed. We are located right here in Jeffersontown, Louisville, Kentucky.

We handle and process all proof of insurance requests, billing questions, vehicle changes, driver changes, home updates, and anything else you can think of.

Insurance agents/companies all use, and accept, a universal cancellation form. We will fill this out for you and send to your old agent.

2) The loan number associated with your home loan.
